Assessment 1

While Recording for Trek 01 and 02, there were two particular frustrations.. One was the traffic on 7 mile, which became aggravating while I was trying to capture ambient sounds with my mic set and mini DV recorder, because passing cars were loud and disrupted my recording of natural sounds from the environment. It was also difficult to capture the train. I had to wait a long time near the tracks until it came by (although it seemed to have come by more frequently when i was a mile away recording other noises).
